What's the issue you encountered?

When language is set to any other one besides English or German, the first step of interactive tutorial won't show.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Choose a language other than English or German, then start the interactive tutorial, and you can see the bug.

Additional context?

Can reproduce on Windows portable version of this nightly build.
