Expected behavior

I can install wds-blocks and enable it.

Actual behavior

I need to run npm run build before enabling it.

Steps to reproduce error

composer require webdevstudios/wds-blocks (into project)
Enable plugin.
Get notification that you need to run npm run build

Side note: the error still references the block-starter

Please include any relevant parts of your configuration

• There was some discussion about possibly automating the releases to do the build process: https://webdevstudios.slack.com/archives/C3B5387NC/p1616012822023500
• I'd also like to see if composer can automate this.
