Create /leaderboard

We should have warwick.ai/leaderboard for the purposes of ranking our users, and providing a list of users to recruiters.

If a user has signed in to the platform, and linked their Discord to their WAI account, they should display in the leaderboard table.

The table should be a standard user table like this: https://minimal-kit-react.vercel.app/dashboard/user

The table should be sortable and filterable. E.g. we might want to allow users to filter by Most Achievements or Name (Alphabetical). Much of this functionality already exists in the linked table.

The headers should be :

Name (Discord or real, maybe anonymised?)
Interests (interest badges users have selected in #roles)
Achievements (all badges minus interest badges)
LinkedIn (we need to think about how we get this info. Could we allow users to upload this themselves on their profile page?)
