Incompatible package versions

Hello,

I just forked the DETR3D repository and tried to run it. However, I'm facing package incompatibility errors. I tried it with the following versions of OpenMMLab packages:

• mmcv -> 1.3.9
• mmdet -> 2.16.0
• mmdet3d -> 1.3.0
• mmengine -> 0.5.0
• mmsegmentation -> 1.0.0rc0

I downgraded to mmcv 1.3.9 because otherwise I could not import mmcv.runner or mmcv.parallel since these are only available for mmcv <= 1.7.1

Could you please post which package versions you used for the original implementation from 2021? This would be quite helpful. Thanks in advance for the support!
