Allow database roles with dashes #16

When we try to retrieve credentials for a database role with a dash in the name the operation fails.

For example, with the database application-portal, creating the role works as expected. However, the moment we try to generate credentials for it, it fails with the following error.

A temporary fix for this is to create the role manually and surround the database name in double quotes.
