Based on the conversation with WG11 regarding alignment with the minimal checklist the issue was raised that we need to formalize "Aliases"

This is a list of aliases that have been encountered so far:

PhysicalSizeX and PhysicalSizeY --> Pixel physical size or Pixel size
PhysicalSizeZ --> Z-Step
Plane --> Z-Plane
SizeZ --> Number of Z-Steps
