Dropping support for Vite v4

Hello, everyone.

I am going to drop support for Vite v4 because of an unresolved bug v4 has that Vite doesn't seem to care fixing, or maybe I'm just too impatient. Either way, I believe Vite v5 has been around long enough. I would say most of us should be in v5 already. Am I mistaken? This is what I want to know from all of you.

The next version (probably 0.8.0), unless many people are affected, will drop Vite v4 support. Comment here or downvote if you would be negatively affected by this change.

Technical Details

The following error occurs with newer versions of the Node types package whenever I try to build the plug-in:

src/node_modules/vite/dist/node/index.d.ts:843:22 - error TS2420: Class 'import("C:/Users/webJo/src/repos/vite-plugin-single-spa/src/node_modules/vite/dist/node/index").FSWatcher' incorrectly implements interface 'import("fs").FSWatcher'.
  Type 'FSWatcher' is missing the following properties from type 'FSWatcher': ref, unref

This is a problem that has been fixed in Vite v5, but wasn't/hasn't backported to v4.

To be able to keep up with updated package dependencies, which is good for everyone, I can get rid of this problem by dropping Vite v4.
