For realtime, it may be the case that we will still need to run scans on npx, as the grid could be too slow or unpredictable in term of lead times.

This is not yet a feature request but I think we should somehow have a place for discussion.

Apparently, the condor version on npx is too old and doesn't allow remote submission using our current method

The tentative plan is to use cloud + osg for realtime (pending talks on financial considerations)
