- Add
phoenix_cowboy2to your list of dependencies inmix.exs:

[{:phoenix_cowboy2, github: "voicelayer/phoenix_cowboy2"}]
end
```
- Ensure
phoenix_cowboy2is started before your application:
```elixir
def application do
[applications: [:phoenix_cowboy2]]
end
```
