Describe what needs to be done and why
As per #3155:
scala
command indocs-tests
is currently just an alias forscala-cli
, rather than a 1:1 use of thescala
wrapper fromscala:3.5.0
installationscalac
andscala_legacy
are currently launched through their main classes withscala-cli
, rather than via an actual installation (although that's largely the same, just slower)scala
,scalac
andscala_legacy
to an actualcoursier
installation of the default Scala version when usingsclicheck
