Describe the bug
The Register backend only checks the username is unique in DB. So we can create multiple user register in single mail id.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Register Page'
2. Fill the fields
3. Register
4. Then do the same in different username but the same mail id.

Expected behavior
One user should registered by one mail id.
