Plugin Description

An internal command line that is openable through a keybind or button, which allows you to put commands like plugin -on pluginname to turn on a plugin and for dev build install pluginrepolink and other stuff like settings to open settings if you normally can't (due to a css snippet or smth), themelinks -add themelink to add a theme link, you get the idea, and also for other plugins to be able to add commands to this terminal
