Error: biostitch module not found #12

Hi,

I have created a new environment with the yml file found here and tried to run the stitching but got an error "biostitch module not found". Dont know what is causing this error. Can you please help. Thanks

Hi @jamila-griffith

  1. Please use some other library, like Fiji plugin BigStitcher or MIST stitcher. This module has been abandoned for a long time.
  2. You didn't install the this module properly. I can explain how if you still wish to use it.
