OEM Setup #9

Feature Description

This is an extension of #8 pertaining to the current lack of a complete KDE Plasma OEM Setup experience.

You're either going to have to configure Calamares for this, or make your own program from scratch, most likely, to provide an OEM Setup experience.

Rationale

I mean, there's literally no support in the installer for the stuff OEM Setup usually sets up, is there?

Additional Information

The most KDE has made is Jan making a mockup for a could-be OEM Setup interface, iirc... which didn't go anywhere.

Well the Plasma Welcome App could be extended to address this. I think at some point threre was a discussion about this in the fedora KDE SIG and I think in the repo of the welcome app.

And I think atleast the only thing missing from the welcome app is user creation, which could be based upon the kcm_settings module for user creation at least from a copying the backend perspective.
