3.2.3: Buff balance and item tables
New features:
- Buffs now give +1 to accuracy or damage, not +2
- Apparel and weapons now have convenient tables with short item descriptions
- Replace "disabled" condition with the less penalizing "wounded" condition

New features:
- Swift actions have been renamed to minor actions
- Minor actions resolve simultaneously with other actions during action phases, rather than having a separate early resolution step
- Spells were rebalanced; they are generally slightly stronger, but cantrips are the same or weaker. Cantrip conversions should also be more consistent.
- The damage dealt by weapons is now listed as a modification to strike damage instead of as an absolute die value.
