I am using Kubuntu 22.04 (KDE Plasma 5.24.6, Dolphin 21.12.3, snap 2.57.1) and Codium 1.71.2.22258 (installed via snap):
$ snap list
Name Version Rev Tracking Publisher Notes
codium 1.71.2.22258 271 latest/stable vscodium classic
When I navigate the file manager to a LOCAL folder, right-click any file or subfolder, then (in its context-menu) select Open Folder With and VSCodium... it works as expected. However doing that same procedure for a REMOTE folder (NFS or CIFS) will fail - nothing happens (the file/folder does not open) and $ dmesg shows:
So apparmor blocks it, even though the snap got installed by classic confinement. I've searched the issues/conversations here (github) and elsewhere but maybe I'm missing the obvious fix. Any tips?
