The zonal and meridional wind stresses (l2x_Fall_taux and l2x_Fall_tauy) appear to have opposite signs in VIC 4 vs VIC 5 in RASM. These need to be double checked in the CESM driver.

Here are some figures from fully-coupled RASM runs, from the timestep just before the debug walltime is up:
