How to create metadata for new StreamCat layers

Create/Edit from Template

Access the EPA Open Data Metadata Editor Make sure to sign in with your EPA credentials before filling out the templated editor.

Submitting Metadata in Editor

Once the editor is filled out completely, none of the required fields should be highlighted with a red 'X'. Click on the paper airplane icon at the bottom right hand side of the page. This icon will be highlighted in green if all of the information is valid.

You will recieve a message that the Metadata has been submitted succesfully.
