Setup
H5P Plugin Version: v11.5.11

TYPO3 11.5.31 composer
MYSQL 8.0.25
PHP 7.4.33
tested on multipe Plattforms - clean install

We use the H5P plugin since serveral years. Since a few month we experience a bug adding new H5P Content resulting in an error. Existing content still works.

In TYPO3 - H5P Backend:

Usecase: Add new content type
H5p Hub is active. User Interface working. Download of new content type results in an error:

Internal Server Error (500)
Unable to interpret response.
Please check your error log.

Usecase: Add new content type (2nd time)
Error, unable to load libraries.

Deleting the content of the H5P database tables enables the H5P Hub again, but the same procedure as written above.

Any ideas to debug?

Most like due to #37 (version mismatch)
