How do I read the blogs I downloaded?

I have downloaded several blogs, but there is nothing, anywhere, that tells me how to actually read the blogs I just downloaded. I can't find it in the wiki or the readme file, I even went to Google to tell me how to do it and nothing comes up there, either.

So can someone tell me how I actually view or read the blogs I download in TumblThree? Thank you!
