RSS with content excerpt

Similarly as in the main blog site where only an excerpt of the post is being shown, there should also be the possibility to include only an excerpt in the RSS feed s.t. users come back to your blog page to read the full content.

Obviously this should be configurable..

When making a feature request, we ask that you read our contributing guidelines and take a few moments to properly explain and justify the change. Adding configuration options does not fit well with Ghost's principles.

In this case, what you are requesting falls into the territory of Ghost apps, rather than Ghost core - it will be possible to write apps which extend and change Ghost's functionality very soon.
