[Feature Request] Add Server ID section and settings for specific servers or 0 for all the servers. #15

Can we add a cvar of Server ID and define VIP for that specific servers instead of giving access to all the servers. Because of this we have to maintain different MySQL Databases just because of different server vip access

Implementing it myself is not an option unfortunatly
