📖 Describe the feature or component

The previous Select component that is being used currently in New Admin allows for grouping options in subgroups. The MultiSelect currently does not allow this. We need this feature in order to keep the functionality for a specific filter in the Orders Management.

✅ Expected behavior

It should allow grouping options under categories, and show each grouped option like the previous component did. I attached a reference image in the description of the current behaviour with the old component.
