From reactiflux/discord-irc#361, ZNC has a module that prefixes nicknames with a
?in certain circumstances; as this is currently not considered a valid character for a nickname, it causes an issue with bridging.Optionally parsing this (… in non-strict mode, again?) would be good, to fix this situation.
