Sniffer: Some usability (take this whenever there is nothing breaking going on, this is not important right now). Avatar restrictions need to be mentioned up front. Tried to use a 1300x1300 (1.71 MB) png for it, and the popup/modal/div/whateever name got filled with a HTTP 413 page. To try again, I have to close it and start over.

Avatar Restrictions should be increased to something like 20 MB and as avatars will get automatically compressed and resized, I would not put a pixel limit in place.

Update: To clarify, not putting a pixel limit in place, but putting a maximum file size in place.
