multiple non-personal video mass reporting

There should be a way to report multiple videos, perhaps even from a playlist if possible. Opening multiple prompts/instances is not out of the question, IMO. There should be an option in the CLI interface which prompts us to keep pasting and entering links and finally type END or something to continue with the process. Pasting it into a text file could also be another way. Forgive me for my ignorance if there was a reason this wasn't implemented, nor can I implement this myself as I'm not experienced at all. :(
