Report User option in Smart Search

I unfortunately wrote an e-mail to Thio's business e-mail instead of here, For convenience sake, I'll paste what I sent there, with some minor adjustments.

Instead of solely reporting the COMMENTS for spam, can you add other options such as a REPORT USER one? My reasoning behind this is:

I scanned 5 VanossGaming videos, and had a few dozen matched comments. One of these is in a YouTube link I will provide at the end of this paragraph. The account itself is (a) scam/spam, but the comment is not (probably so people read the username and click their profile, to avoid being filtered). So, my idea was to have an option to report USERS as well, if the Smart Scan identifies a spambot username.

There is an option to report a user for Spam and Scams on their profile, by going to their channel > About > the flag icon on the right side under Stats. I don't know if it's possible to implement, or if it's already implemented, as I just started using the program.
