It loads the JS files at the top of the page instead of the bottom.

Hey @papaponmx are you referring to the "admin helper modals" such as https://github.com/TheWebShop/bootstrap-shortcodes/blob/master/js/plugins/alerts.html

In which case, you are correct that they do have their script tags in the <head> when they probably should be near the bottom of <body>. If someone wanted to make that change, and test that the modals still work fine I'd be happy to merge such a PR.
