e.g. if there's a TODO comment in the code like:

# TODO: do thing X

create an issue (ticket) in this repo (https://github.com/TheAfroOfDoom/omega-flowey-minecraft-remastered/issues/new) and update the comment in the code with the issue number:

# TODO(12): do thing X

link issues that were created as a result of this issue in this issue's description/comments.
