[FEATURE] Implementation of Shared Preferences

The app doesn't contain Shared Preferences which is used while managing signed in user and other key value pairs.

What to add
Add Shared Preferences for

1. login credential (For now keep them null as the app doesn't have a login page)
2. Commands. For example Left - > L, Right-> R, Forward-> F, Backward-> B, Stop-> S

What is the current status of the feature?
