Remove extra double curly braces

Double curly braces used for comment overrides are removed. But sometimes the script will download in the middle of someone adding them which results in either opening or closing braces being printed in the text output.

It's harder than it seems because mutating the text after the annotation locations are found means those locations are no longer accurate so it has to happen somewhere before that step.
