Description
Created "plan-highlighter" tool, mapped it to create specific markups in the Floating Window for the RoadPlanNavigator. Markups include length lines for all type of curves, and radius lines for "Circular Arc" curves.
Additional context
Labels must still be added, to add extra detail to lines and provide the actual value of length and radius of curves.
