The bullets for Markdown docs don't render properly in the SVG screenshots, and probably Windows Terminal.

We should pick symbols that render more universally.

@davep this may be one for you. Basically the same issue as checkboxes etc.

Testing on Windows 11, in Windows Terminal, it looks to be just the initial bullet that is a problem, I'll test on Windows 10 next.
