Convert URL-providing locators to data-providing loaders. They're async too, so complex, multi-step processing becomes possible

  • transformSeries is async too, just in case
  • SeriesLoader
  • DZILoader
  • TileLoader
  • AtlasLoader
  • AtlasVolumeLoader
  • rename locators object
  • update inline documentation
  • update readme
  • update example deployment.
