Installation problem on python 3.7

I've tried to install cBinder from a cloned repo on python 3.7 in manylinux1 image sudo docker run --rm -e PLAT=manylinux1_x86_64 -v pwd:/io quay.io/pypa/manylinux1_x86_64 /io/generate_inside_docker.sh
