New Journal Notification Alert blocks input #5

The "New Journal Event Added" notification that appears at the top right blocks input for a few seconds. The player is unable to do anything for those few seconds.
If the console is open when the alert appears, ESC needs to pressed a few times after the alert disappears to return to the normal state.

Journal should be migrated to use the new Notifications module introduced by @skaldarnar for the "New Journal Event Added" notification
