特性
preloadApp 和 startApp 有大量的相同配置项，这样配置项就需要写两次，而且有些配置还需要保持一致，为了最大化的减少冗余和出错，提供一个全局配置api createApp，preloadApp 和 startApp 都从这个配置项读取默认配置
