• I have searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't already exist.
• I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
• I only intend to request a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

What would you use this icon for?

This new icon "2D axis" could be used as the icon of a tool button, such as:
Context 1) a tool button to switch or set focus to the "2D view" or "2 parameters view".
Context 2) a tool button to switch or set focus to the "x-arrow" or "x-axis".
Context 3) a tool button to switch or set focus to the "y-arrow" or "y-axis".

Give us an example of what this icon might look like.

This new icon "2D axis" could be a very simple icon,
such as the simplified version of the "3D axis" as the following links:
