[Feature Request] Allow foreign characters into Text Entry

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It's impossible at the moment to search for a song which uses special characters used in various languages. The same thing applies in other parts of the game, for example when creating a profile.

Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to type in special characters in text entry

Describe alternatives you've considered

For example in search, being able to type "Lod" and get the result of "Lód"

Nice idea, although it'll be a while before I find it very critical. But that's just my experience. Also, Outfox is written mainly in C++ (or so evidence from its Stepmania roots gives me reason to believe), which, as I heard, is heck on earth for programmers. So it may be a while.

(if you're a dev working at outfox, you're working hard enough. don't stress yourself)
