Decouple the playback speeds for normal videos and music videos

Feature description

Make it so that the speed for non-music videos doesn't affect the speed for music videos. Right now, if you play a non-music video double speed, and switch to playing music, the music will be played double speed. If this feature is implemented, if you watch non-music videos double speed, and switch to playing music, the music will start playing at normal speed if you implement it. This feature could also be toggleable in settings.

Why do you want this feature?

I (and I assume most people) don't like listening to music double speed (even if they watch normal videos double speed).
