[Feature Request] Playlist downloading, syncing.

Hello, thank you for this great project
It would be great to include is downloading playlist as well as auto downloading playlists, so any video added to YouTube playlist is automatically downloaded and synced.

If this wasn't already a feature request, i would have proposed it myself.
Do you have any idea on implementation details?
For example, should songs of a playlist be downloaded in a directory named after the playlist?

It doesn't need to be downloaded to a new directory if we are going to implement another feature request I suggested which was about assigning tag properties for each song downloaded, e.g. auther(channel name?), cover (YouTube channel thumbnail?), album and song name (from title or playlist name), etc. This way it will be easy to group songs by NewPipe as well as other video players such as VLC.

We just implement tags for each song and then observe the user's playlists for updates and auto download new songs.
