If multiple empty playlists are present, only one appears in the "add video to playlist" dialogue box

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Start with no empty playlists in the bookmarked playlists section.
2. Tap hold on any youtube video
3. Select "add to playlist"
4. Create a new playlist
5. Repeat steps 1-3 to create another new playlist. The bug occurs whether the same or a different video is used. You now have 2 fresh playlists with 1 video each.
6. Try to add another video to the playlist. Again, this can be the same or different video. Both fresh playlists are available to add to.
7. Go into each playlist and empty them. The bug occurs whether this is done by tap-holding the videos and selecting "delete", or by removing watched videos if the video has been watched.
8. Repeat step 5. Note that only one of the two empty playlists shows up.

Expected behavior

When there are multiple empty playlists, it must be possible to add a video to any of them.

Actual behavior

When there are multiple empty playlists, it is only possible to add a video to only one of them. Looks like the playlist created earlier takes priority.
