Have not been able to replicate.

Mobile Dark mode - you cannot see the ribbon on the pages.- Fast Followers
Mobile Dark mode - the icon is not red anymore but faded out. - Fast Followers

@jtuckertw - On the iPhone 6 I have for testing Im not seeing the issue??? Not sure how to test and resolve without a device...

Dewan provided these images - I agree with him, the red looks ghostly pink and the menu/ribbon is unreadable in Android dark mode.
