News - Can the text at the top filter by content type? #56

Client would like the News section to be filtered by content type by clicking the headings at the top of this page. In addition to Articles, Press Releases, and they would like an additional type - "Company Activity"
If this was converted to functional links, a Show All link would also be needed.

I pushed back and said this would be researched and implemented if easy, Phase 2 if not.

@jtuckertw @cmoosman1 this is big LOE, we would need to rebuild the news component
