Translations (i18n)
The UI repository provides many components which support translations. Current translations are handled by different people under a different workflow (not aligned with dev workflow of UI)
We use i18next as the main tool to manage translations.
We use locales branch to store the translations.
In each release note we will add a Translation chapter that give the URL to use + history of the translations
In a short term translation team will have a remote tool so we will be able to automate some of the manual tasks.
In app you should add in your build script a curl command to download a given version of the translations so you don t put those resources in the repository.
We want to test tags to align versions of translations with UI versions so a URL to download them could stay the same but the content may be updated by the translation team.
