Mic symbol is not at the center of the background #28

Firstly, A great thanks for this work. I have finally implemented and using the SpeechKITT.
But I was stuck with an issue of not having a circle shaped UI, I mean the mic symbol is not being present in the center as shown in the Readme. Please find the screenshots.
Some one please help me with this fix.

Well, I got it resolved by considering the height:50px instead of height:100% for #skitt-listening-box div. or by changing the line-height

But this doesn't work for responsiveness.

Had the same issue when linked to the cloudflare.com libraries/templates.
Solved by linking to the latest library and templates from Github.
