More visualisation options

Add more visualization. Possibly integrate with Qlik.
When the user clicks start they should receive more feedback on the simulation than just the locations appearing on the map.

Two separate issues:

• add animation to the map so you can see your ships move
• add a Gantt chart plot per piece of equipment to visualize it's use over time
• fit the log information into csv format which can be analysed with Qlik.

Big additional value to the animation would be if the blocks could "light up" when an activity is being performed in the animation on the map.

For the map visualization it would be useful to get an "official" icon we could use for the ships and sites. Example icons for @uijl are available form the maki icon set.
