In the example scenario baseline.toml, there are two places where start/end dates are specified: first under [run.start]/[run.end] and later under [weather.source_data]. In the current version of baseline.toml this leads to three years of data being downloaded (2020-01 ... 2022-12) while the run only covers two months.
Using the run dates would simplify the configuration and the user experience: there are less parameters in general, and they cannot go out of sync.
