Support for Pulsar, other

Has support for https://pulsar-edit.dev/ (Successor of the Atom Editor) been considered? Or just a web version? or maybe even macOS desktop version?

Thanks for the suggestion. Currently we are focusing our development efforts on the VS Code extension, the GitHub App and our own code review solution MergeBoard. We may add more integrations in the future, but there are no concrete plans yet. There is also a feature request for a standalone version that you can subscribe to to stay updated.
