Fixes #92
Adds support for installing assets from bundles using the updated bundle directory structure. Similar to the FrameworkBundle's
assets:installcommand, a bundle's public assets can be defined in<bundle_path>/Resources/publicor<bundle_path>/public, with the former path taking precedence.
